Upload clear images of the product, including the outer packaging and batch code, to help our team verify the claim.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, our courier partner will arrive within 48-72 hours to collect the unused product in its original packaging.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
